Tech Lead: Full Stack Developer

Travelience (GoWithGuide) is seeking a Tech Lead Full Stack Developer to own critical platform features, lead a small remote engineering team, and serve as the bridge between product and engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Build and architect critical platform features using TypeScript and Node.js
• Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and guide system design decisions
• Develop AI-powered features for business automation
• Translate business requirements into technical plans and actionable tasks
• Mentor engineers and facilitate skill development across time zones

Requirements:

• 3+ years TypeScript with deep proficiency
• 3+ years Node.js backend development
• Modern frontend framework experience (React preferred; Next.js is advantageous)
• 1–2+ years team leadership or mentoring experience
• Fluent English
• Ability to collaborate across time zones (JST timezone overlap required)

Nice to Have:
GraphQL, Next.js, TailwindCSS, React Native, AWS, Jest/React Testing Library, Figma, AI-driven development
