• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at marquis@servicejobsite.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not create accounts for others, use another person's account, or operate multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions.

• You agree to provide truthful and accurate information in your profile, resume, and any application materials.
• You may save job listings and apply directly through external employer links. You understand that the application process occurs on third-party platforms outside our control.
• You will not use ServiceJobSite.com to collect employer contact information for unsolicited outreach, spam, or any purpose other than legitimate job seeking.
• We do not guarantee that any job application will result in an interview, employment offer, or employment of any kind.

• You agree that all job postings you submit are accurate, genuine, and relate to a real, available position.
• You will not post listings that are misleading, discriminatory, or designed to collect personal information under false pretenses.
• All job postings must comply with applicable employment laws, including Philippine labor law and the laws of any country where the role will be filled.
• We reserve the right to remove any job posting at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Some job listings displayed on ServiceJobSite.com are sourced from third-party job data APIs, including Remotive and Jobicy. These listings are provided for informational purposes only. We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of third-party listings, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a third-party employer.

When you click “Apply Now” on a third-party listing, you will be redirected to an external website. ServiceJobSite.com is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or application process of any external site.

ServiceJobSite.com is a job discovery platform, not an employment agency. We make no representations or warranties that using our platform will result in employment. We are not involved in any hiring decisions made by employers, and we are not liable for any outcome of the application or hiring process.

You agree not to:

• Post fake, fraudulent, or misleading job listings or profiles
• Discriminate in job postings on the basis of age, gender, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic under Philippine law
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications through the platform
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the site without written permission
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose, including pyramid schemes or labor trafficking
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its servers, or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or anything that could disrupt the platform or harm other users

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

All content on ServiceJobSite.com — including the site design, branding, text, and code — is owned by or licensed to ServiceJobSite. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

By submitting content to ServiceJobSite.com (such as a profile or job posting), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content to operate and promote the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the platform or other users.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at marquis@servicejobsite.com. Closing your account does not automatically delete data we are required to retain under law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ServiceJobSite.com and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, loss of data, or reliance on third-party job listings.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or PHP 1,000, whichever is greater.

ServiceJobSite.com is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ServiceJobSite.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
