Who We Need

Love keeping things on track? We’re looking for a proactive operator with great communication skills to take the lead in managing LTL shipments and making sure every delivery hits the mark.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and track LTL shipments using the Turvo system
• Ensure timely and accurate updates within the Turvo platform
• Coordinate with airlines, CFS facilities, and trucking partners to ensure smooth shipment movement
• Provide operational support to maintain efficient LTL processes
• Proactively follow up on pending shipments and resolve any delivery or documentation issues

What You Need:

• Prior experience in Less-than-Truckload (LTL) operations or freight forwarding
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly under pressure
• Familiarity with shipment tracking systems, preferably Turvo
• Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• A customer-focused mindset with a sense of accountability and initiative
• C1-level English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work on a night shift schedule
