Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

- Design intuitive, engaging, and memorable user interfaces for websites and mobile apps

- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and Figma interactive prototypes to help visualize design ideas and solutions

- Build user flows, information architectures, journey maps, basically making sure the user experience is smooth and seamless

- Craft design solutions across various platforms; websites, apps, smartwatches, you name it, all in Figma

- Take projects from concept to completion, including low-fidelity and high-fidelity design concepts

- Test designs for usability and accessibility, ensuring we deliver a top-notch experience

- Bring user experiences (UX) to life and create stunning user interfaces (UI) for a wide variety of clients and users

- Maintain brand and design element consistency across platforms

- Familiar with UX Research methodologies and can conduct UX research sessions to drive productivity

- Work collaboratively with our highly-skilled crew of designers, developers, and product managers to convert business requirements into killer product experiences

- Participate in client meetings, lead presentations, and ask the right questions to make informed design decisions

- Work remotely. Must be self-managed, self-motivated, and always killing it from home

- Stay on top of the latest design trends and tech to keep your skills fresh

- Take the initiative on new projects, and get excited about the next big thing

- Communicate clearly and openly with the team and clients, whether it’s written or spoken

𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

- Expert-level in Figma

- Expert in creating interactive Figma prototypes

- Extensive experience in UI/UX design, ideally in a senior/lead role within an agency environment

- Experience designing for a range of products, including websites, dashboards, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, smartwatches, and design systems

- Experience and knowledge of responsive design principles and the ability to create mobile-responsive websites and mobile apps

- Ability to take internal and client feedback and turn it into visually effective design concepts

- Experience managing projects from client interactions to design-to-dev handoff and QA

- Strong understanding of the collaboration relationship between designers and devs

- Experience working with developers to create implementation-ready layouts, assets, and resources

- A passion for design, storytelling, products, and brands

- Ability to create responsive, interactive design experiences

- Juggling multiple projects? No sweat, you’re a pro at managing your time and multiple projects

- Solid experience with design best practices, especially in responsive design

- Comfortable testing and debugging across different browsers and devices

- Experience working directly with clients (calls, emails, etc.)

- Familiar with project management tools (we use ClickUp) and working in Sprints

- Slack is your best friend

𝗕𝗢𝗡𝗨𝗦𝗘𝗦

- Experience creating parallax websites and immersive digital experiences

- Skilled in animating interfaces using After Effects, Lottie, Blender, etc.

- Ability to create micro-interactions, animations, and transitions

- Experience creating design systems, UI kits, vectors, SVGs, illustrations, and 3D assets

- Actively involved in creative community platforms like Dribbble or Behance

- Experience with WordPress

- Experience working with 3D? Even better. That’s a major plus!

- Consider yourself a design Swiss army knife in UX, UI, and 3D
